About the role: 

Mechanical engineer capable of performing calculations, analysis and simulation of mechanical parts in order to perform environmental analysis (thermal, vibration and shock). He must be able to suggest optimizations for the design related to their mechanical performance in the above-mentioned sections. Also, handle the libraries used for the design to have the mechanical models of parts and electronic components as well as their thermal model.

➪What will you do? 

• Environmental Analysis
• Thermal and Flow Analysis with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics)
• Thermal and flow simulations in SolidWorks Flow Simulation
• Static vibration analysis with FEM (Finite Element Model)
• Static vibration simulations in SolidWorks Simulation
• Shock analysis
• Shock simulation

➪Periodic tasks are also performed on a regular basis.

• Library Management
• Management of mechanical parts in SolidWorks
• Management of electronic components in SolidWorks/FreeCad
• Perform technical documentation (design justification, test report, simulation report...).
  
• Perform and review 2D exploded views and 2D assemblies.
• Perform and review 3D design.
  

➪What profile are we looking for?

Mandatory:

• The required knowledge as part of a university degree
• Knowledge of thermodynamic and flow dynamic
• Knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics
• Knowledge of Finite Element Model
• SolidWorks tool handling or similar
• SolidWorks Simulation tool handling or similar
• Fluent written in English
  

Valuable:

• Knowledge of system design based on requirements
• Knowledge 3D design
• Knowledge of DO-160 standard
• Knowledge of aerospace standards
