What is the job about?
The RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) Intern position offers an exciting opportunity to dive into the world of aerospace engineering and critical systems. You will assist in performing crucial reliability and safety analyses on electronic systems and take part in the health monitoring and built-in test architecture of our systems, helping us meet the highest industry standards and contributing to the success of our innovative projects.
The first three-month training program will cover essential technical skills and company-specific processes. We are committed to providing growth opportunities and nurturing talent within our organization.
What will you do?
Support in conducting reliability modeling and prediction analysis on electronic equipment.
Assist in performing Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and preparing Failure Mode Effect Summaries (FMES).
Help in conducting various RAMS analyses such as Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Common Cause Analysis (CCA), and Safety Hazard Analysis (SHA).
Collaborate with designers to ensure RAMS requirements are met.
Contribute to the system design to meet the testability requirements.
Assist in preparing documentation and reports related to RAMS activities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of RAMS processes and methodologies.
What profile are we looking for?
Mandatory:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of electronic systems and components.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
Fluent in written and oral English.
Valuable:
Academic background or project experience in reliability and safety analysis.
Previous internship or project experience in RAMS or related fields.
Understanding of standards such as MIL-HDBK-217F, FIDES, or ECSS.
Basic knowledge of reliability prediction software tools.
