➪ What is the job about?
The Embedded SW Engineer will be a specialist in the development of embedded software applications for the aerospace industry.
➪ What will you do?
- As part of a team of engineers, work on R&D projects within the aeronautical sector related to software technologies.
- Design and develop state-of-the-art requirements-based applications for avionic electronic equipment.
- Participate as a member of a team composed of software, hardware and systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost-effective and high-quality solutions for Clue products.
➪ What profile are we looking for?
Required:
- Willing to work from our offices in Madrid or Málaga at least 2 days per week.
- Fluent Spanish speaker.
- At least 2 years of experience designing, developing and debugging C applications for embedded systems.
- Able to read documentation in English
- Software Engineering, Computer Science or related Degree.
- Experience with communication protocols design & development.
- Experience in GPOS (embedded Linux) or RTOS (VxWorks, PikeOS) across multiple HW architectures (ARM, PowerPC… ).
- Hands-on experience with BSP utilization.
- Specific knowledge of digital interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, RS).
- Experience with version control (Git).
- Experience with CI/CD development.
- Possession of a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% will be valued but is not mandatory, in compliance with the General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and their Social Inclusion.
Valuable:
- Experience with aeronautical projects and DO178.
- Experience with avionic protocols (ARINC429, AFDX… ).
- Specific knowledge of programming languages (Python).
- Specific knowledge of databases.
- Experience working with datasheets.
- Knowledge of cryptography.
- Experience in safety-critical embedded systems.
- Knowledge of web development.
- Knowledge of GUI development using QT.
- Experience with Yocto.
- Experience working with AGILE methodology.
- Master Degree.
