➪ What is the job about?
The Program Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the success of assigned programs. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of specific programs in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
➪ What will you do?
- Collaborate in defining Production Plans, contributing to the program's overall strategy.
- Support the development of budgets and operational plans for assigned programs.
- Assist in evaluating program performance, identifying strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in approving and managing product changes and deviations to meet project objectives effectively.
- Provide regular updates on program status to the program's stakeholders throughout its life cycle.
- Analyze risks associated with program execution and propose mitigation strategies.
- Assist in manufacturing management activities, ensuring efficient production processes and resource utilization
➪ What profile are we looking for?
Mandatory:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in program management.
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and achievable deadlines for resolution.
- Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Valuable:
- Basic understanding of System Engineering.
- Previous involvement in International Projects.
- Familiarity with avionics customers.
- Knowledge of avionics products and functionalities.
