What is the job about?

Join our R&D team and be part of the future of systems engineering! We are looking for a student or recent graduate with a passion for electronics and programming to join an innovative research project focused on the application of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Model-Based Safety Analysis (MBSA) methodologies for the development of embedded electronics.

Your main mission will be the thorough analysis of hardware designs. You will dive into the lifecycle of our products from an analytical perspective, identifying, evaluating, and mitigating potential failures. In addition, you will play a key role in the development of software tools that will allow us to automate these analyses, optimizing our processes and improving the reliability of our systems.

You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, as part of a multidisciplinary team of RAMS engineers, systems engineers, and hardware development engineers, where your ideas and proactivity will be highly valued.

What will you do?

  • Carrying out analysis of electronic hardware designs to ensure their robustness and reliability.

  • Actively collaborating in the development and validation of scripts and software tools, mainly in Python, for the automation of hardware analysis.

  • Applying RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) concepts in the context of embedded electronics.

  • Occasionally using Simulink (MATLAB) for system modeling and simulation.

  • Participating in the definition and improvement of our model-based analysis methodologies (MBSE/MBSA).


    • What profile are we looking for?

    Mandatory Requirements:

    Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Industrial Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Robotics and Mechatronics, or related fields.

    Electronics Knowledge: Solid foundation in analog and digital electronics, as well as the ability to interpret schematics and layouts.

    Interest in Programming: Demonstrable curiosity or experience in programming, with a particular interest in Python.

    Highly Valued:

    HW Design Tools: Familiarity with hardware design tools, preferably Altium Designer.

    Systems Modeling: Experience or knowledge in Simulink (MATLAB).
