➪ What is the job about?

The Sr. Innovation Specialist is part of the Innovation Team and will collaborate in building and organizing new R&D projects in the frame of national and European initiatives, as well as related incentives.

➪ What will you do?

Help to identify R&D opportunities, requesting and analyzing the necessary technical and program-related information.
Collaborate in building project applications, completing them with the current state of the art in the field.
Support to project management in the coordination of innovation projects.

➪ What profile are we looking for?

Required:

Background in Aeronautics, Industrial or Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Science, or proven experience in related R&D project management and proposals.
3+ years of experience.
Excellent written communication skills.
Language skills: Fluent in English (advanced/C1) and Spanish (native).
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint.

Valuable:

Strong project and relationship management skills.
Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams to implement high-priority deliverables.
Knowledge of the services of R&D-related incentives.
Experience in R&D financing programs and proposals.
Previous experience in the coordination and management of innovation consortiums.
