What is the job about?

The quality student will work under system management and product and process standards, support the inspection of product and processes, participate in the development of quality control systems and corrective actions and supplier and environmental activities. This position will be placed in Málaga (PTA).

What will you do?

• Participate in the maintenance of the procedures of the quality and environmental systems, ensuring that the products and services meet the standards.

• Support on Audit finished products or manufactured parts to ensure that they follow current regulations and pre-established quality standards.

• Support on Inspection and verification the incoming material. Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the product to the specifications, generate and maintain records.

• Support Suppliers quality follow-up and actions.
• Participation in the preparation and updating of PFMEA and Control Plan and records.

• Participate in quality tooling requirements and calibration.
• Support on analysis of chemical characteristics with evaluation of technical sheets and determination of storage and waste management and monitoring.

What profile are we looking for?

Mandatory:

• Medium/High English knowledge.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as data sheets, drawings, bill of materials.

• Proficient in MS office (or similar) and other software applications.

Valuable:

• Studying Industrial Engineering or similar.

• Basic knowledge on internal and external audits standards (9001, 9100, 27001, 14001, POA, MOA, PECAL, Nadcap..
• REACH and RoHS regulation (Compliance Data for Components) basic knowledge
• IPC 600, 610 and 620 basic knowledge.
