Step-by-Step Selection Process Overview
At Clue, we follow a comprehensive selection process that includes multiple steps to ensure we find the best fit for the position. Our selection process consists of the following steps:

Talent Interview
As the first step, we review the resumes and applications submitted by potential candidates. We carefully assess their qualifications, experience, and skills that align with the position requirements. The talent interview further allows us to shortlist candidates who meet our initial criteria.

Personality Assessment
Once the shortlisted candidates are identified, we conduct a personality assessment to gain insight into their personality traits, communication style, and work preferences. This assessment helps us understand how well a candidate may fit within our company culture and team dynamics.

Technical Screening Test
For roles that require specific technical skills, we conduct a technical screening test to evaluate the candidates' proficiency in those skills. This may include coding tests, simulations, or other assessments that assess the candidates' technical abilities related to the position.

Technical Interview
Our subject matter experts conduct this interview to assess the candidate's technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to apply their skills in real-world scenarios. This step helps us determine the candidate's technical competency and suitability for the position.

Management Interview
Candidates who successfully complete the previous steps may be invited for a management interview. This interview is typically conducted by senior leaders or managers from our organization. It assesses the candidate's leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and compatibility with our company's values and vision.
